- Holiday Support Closure: Our support centers will be closed and we will have limited support on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st, in celebration of Christmas and New Year's. We will have normal support hours outside of those 4 days. Our certificate processing centers will also be closed December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st. Certificate processing will resume the following business day after the holidays.

We strongly encourage you to complete your course(s) on or before this date to ensure a timely renewal of your license. Aceable Mortgage will conduct one final reporting on Tuesday, December 30. To be included in this final 2025 report, you must complete your course(s) no later than 9:00 PM CST on Monday, December 29.
